A BIT ABOUT ME
Flowers, flowers and more flowers! Other than that I enjoy spending time at home with my family, gaming, travelling, and dabbling in a little bit of gardening.
Favourite Flower… It varies but at the moment I’m very fond of ranunculus. They look delicate and pretty but are actually quite hardy and long lasting when used in a design.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Days of Dahlia sustainable floristry career course
- Tallulah Rose online career change course
- Great British Flower School sustainable sympathy flowers course
- Blossom and Prosper online membership
- MSc Environmental Health (if you happen to need any risk assessments writing up I’m your gal!)
Further to my training, I have provided flower arrangements for events such as baby showers as well as gift arrangements for friends and family. This has all been for people that I know, rather than full paying customers. The most recent event was a friend’s baby shower in Chester city centre. I provided 8 bowl centrepieces, and a welcome sign with grounded meadow. I am looking to gain more hands on floristry experience and I’m happy to muck in with whatever is needed, whether that’s scrubbing buckets and carrying heavy things or helping to create designs.

PREFERRED TYPE OF FLORISTRY WORK
My favourite type of floristry work is events such as weddings. I also enjoy funeral work.
