I am extremely passionate about floristry and fill my spare time creating and practising for myself and fun! I like to compliment nature within my designs and enjoy working with seasonal materials. I am passionate about sustainability, meeting new people, photography and being outdoors as much as possible.

I have worked at an eco-friendly florist in Cambridge for a year and a half. I started as a florist assistant there but was quickly promoted to one of the head florist positions. This role gave me experience in managing their social media content, creating the shop's floral designs for the website, small-scale weddings and the everyday running of the shop. I was also responsible for creating bold and exciting window displays, funeral tributes, everyday bouquets, wedding flowers, urn arrangements, table decorations and wreaths. Everything I have learnt and made so far has been focused on using sustainable mechanics and in the wild garden/natural floristry style.
I worked as a retail florist for a year and a half and a freelance florist for a further year and a half.

PREFERRED TYPE OF FLORISTRY WORK
I'm interested in all types of floristry but would like more experience with events and weddings in particular. Although, I would love the chance to do any sort of floristry work.
