Both parties must have relevant insurance cover to support the freelancing opportunity as well as any third party insurance required. www.thefreelanceflorist.co.uk will not be held responsible for adequate insurances not in place by either party.

Final details for the vacancy should be confirmed to the freelancer in adequate time. 

Adequate notice must be given if you are unable to fulfil the role agreed. 

You must have permission to use any photos that are taken by someone else or contain someone else’s work or collaboration.

You gain permission to credit people to work. 

We ask that you are respectful and responsible and maintain a professional conduct whist working alongside other employees and dealing with customers.

We reserve the right to remove you from our directories if any unsuitable behaviour is reported, without remuneration of subscription fees.

We reserve the right to refuse sharing vacancy details if we feel they are unsuitable for our community.

Your subscription fees will be renewed automatically to ensure continuity of service. You can contact us at any time to cancel your subscription for the following year. You will not be refunded for any payment or part payment that has already been made. We require 48 hours notice for any future renewal cancellations.
