A BIT ABOUT ME

I have always had a strong love for flowers, food, travel, art & literature so in my free time I’m usually enjoying one or multiple of them!

Favourite Flower… So hard to choose! I love anything seasonal but my top picks are tulips, ranunculus & lilac.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

I completed a Certificate 3 in Floristry & Retail Management in 2020 at The Gold Coast Floristry Institute in Australia. My additional qualifications include a Diploma of Entertainment Business Management (events) & Certificate 4 in Frontline Business Management.

I started my floristry career by obtaining work experience during my studies at Poppy Rose in Brisbane where I was offered a full time position and learnt valuable skills for a broad range of floristry techniques. When I wasn’t working in the shop I was often freelancing for various Wedding & Events florists to further develop my skills and knowledge of the industry. Since moving to London last year I freelanced for a few lovely business’s before moving into a florist role for McQueens flowers in their Mayfair store, The Corinthia & Bethnal Green locations.

My attention to detail and love of creative & sustainable floristry has allowed me to develop an eye for colour-coordination, a knack for understanding floral aesthetics and a deep appreciation for the impact that thoughtfully crafted arrangements can have on individuals & events.
I am confident in my ability to work under pressure and am always open to exploring new floral designs & trends.
