I am a creative - with a passion for creating a healthy joyful Life for myself and others - I love nature, growing and gardening , Holistic Health and well being ,Chiropractic , Qi Gong , Natural Sculptures , Painting and printing , Meditation , Reiki , Breathwork and reading . With a true passion for being and staying engaged and curious in all that I do , supporting empowering and helping others grow and supporting people in their own lives. I Love Life - the good the bad and the Ugly xxxxxxx

A favourite flower… mmmm now that’s a question!!… daisies , sunflowers , cosmos , but also Daffodils and bluebells - well all flowers to be honest

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

I have over 40 years experience within the industry - having worked in floristry since I was 13 years old- I trained with a florist ( florrie ( yes perfect name ) in Hertfordshire, Tottenham Tech College also. I opened my shop and Design Studio in St Albans 1984 and spent my life for the next 30 years in this area - it was my creative space, my family , my life and my kids grew up here also - it was the best education of Floristry and life you could have felt blessed - CPD was always and will always be a part of my life - my question is how can I lets dot it - 2013 I closed the business to be with family more - relocated 2015 to Suffolk - Now studying a masters degree part time in Chiropractic in Oxford and wanting to sustain my Floral Design Passion on freelance basis - hence being here - Since closing the shop I have continued to work on weddings, workshops and seasonal events also . Floral Design and Natural Design are part of my DNA - I have excellent personal organisational skills and also work well within teams . I can organise , cost and support management or manage events if need be . I have excellent communication skills and am comfortable with discussing and working with all areas of floristry . I particularly love large events with a challenge for design and creativity .

I welcome being stretched and am comfortable with challenges . For me creativity comes from the stretching ourselves into the areas of the unknown form the wild edges .
