TYPE OF WORK COVERING

About the role

You will be the key to all flowers!

Placing the flower orders for upcoming shoots, keeping track of them and maintaining them.

Assisting the stylists with stem prep for shoots, managing the flower room and arrangements around the studio.

You’ll be proactive, and keen to help develop our creative output, working closely with the stylists on upcoming paid social, print and organic.

You’ll be extremely organised and have a keen eye for detail.

We have huge plans for the future, so this is a very exciting time to join our styling team!

What you’ll be doing

• You will be supporting/learning from the stylist team about flower arranging and care.

• You will be working with the buying coordinator on organising the flower room to make sure all stems are sorted for all company needs.

• All flower orders will come through you. This will require keeping track of orders and sorting through them when they arrive.

• You will learn how to maintain and prep the flowers for all upcoming shoots and even learn how to arrange them!

A bit about you (skills based)

• You have proven 1-2 years experience as a creative coordinator

• You have experience working with spreadsheets and excel

• You have strong time management skills /and flexible attitude to manage shifting priorities

• You have worked in a creative studio before

Nice to have

• You have a background in creative admin

• You are familiar with flowers

• You have an interest in still life styling

• You have experience in the creative industry

• You can drive one of our Freddie’s Flower vans

Responsibilities

• You will keep track of our flower orders/deliveries

• Organise the flowers once they arrive and prep them for upcoming shoots

• Juggle multiple tasks throughout the day

• Ability to be proactive and take ownership over prepping the stems for the shoots

• Be a team player and have good organisation skills to support the team

• Enthusiasm to get stuck in and help out on set if needed

Usually a team of around 10.
