Full time - Floral Boutique Manager

on the lookout for a skilled and creative Floral Boutique Manager to join our B2B team. In this role, you will serve as the primary contact and manage our flower shops located in exquisite 5-star hotel locations across London. Your artistic vision will enhance the FLOWERBX brand, showcasing your remarkable attention to detail and commitment to excellence.

Main Responsibilities:

Collaborate with shop teams to ensure each setting embodies the FLOWERBX aesthetic, delivering a consistent, luxurious, and high-end experience.
Leverage strong relationship-building skills to work closely with hotel partners, understanding their preferences and needs to consistently exceed expectations.
Provide outstanding customer service by promptly addressing issues, resolving them efficiently, and escalating when necessary.
Oversee the inventory and selection of flowers and materials, ensuring adherence to quality, sustainability, and brand standards.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years' experience in floristry or floral design, with a strong portfolio showcasing their floral styling work.

RATE OF PAY

£35,000-39,000 annual salary
