Your purpose is to ensure Etiquette Events is known for helping to create perfectly formed weddings and events florals that run seamlessly that client’s love. The clients will adore the creative flair and passion provided by you and your organizational skills thanks to your creativity, teamwork and forward planning.

You’re a driven wedding and event florist through and through. It’s your passion, your purpose, and the reason why you put the time in to ensure your name is synonymous with incredible floral designs .

You are at heart a problem solver that can foresee future challenges. You are always looking for opportunities to grow our event capabilities through effective team and client relationships that leverage our ability to create beautifully crafted designs.

How you make it all possible…

From the get-go, you will be confident with carrying out your role:

  • Influencing design-led and logistic thinking creativity throughout all events.

  • Ensuring all design projects are completed to the highest standard as expected by our clients.

  • Forward planning, ordering and budgeting.

  • Working alongside our Event Managers, Stylists, Sales and Operations Team to put together concepts and mood boards for weddings and events for clients.

  • Showcasing and communicating the company's design and brand throughout each task set alongside brand guidelines.

  • Wedding and Event Set Ups and Collections, Loading/Unloading of Vans

  • Management of freelance florists

  • Quality control, time management and improvement of projects.

  • Committed to making anything possible, with a smile – whatever the situation.

  • Produce order forms for events as well as any further documentation required to ensure the smooth set up and collection of the florals.

Creative design will remain of equal priority as you deliver on group and client projects:

  • Impeccable attention to detail

  • Keeping up to date on style trends and spotting the next biggest thing to ensure we are always ahead of the curve

  • Manage your time like a Swiss watch

  • Meeting and taking briefs from clients and internal teams or supporting the designers in this objective.
