Day to Day:

Coordinating floral arrangements and decoration for weddings and corporate events, accepting floral orders and processing them, interacting with wedding planners and customers and creating floral arrangements based on their requirements, monitoring stock levels, taking payments, managing and developing other staff.

Staff in this grade are experienced floral designers and event coordinators – they are expected to take a lead role given their knowledge, skills and practical experience. The quality of their work has a direct effect on the level of business the company receives. Staff in this grade are expected to be flexible in their day to day responsibilities. Must have exceptional Management skills. Can take full control of Events from start to finish. Purchase order Flowers from Miami ahead of events. Create budgets. Manage teams and delegate tasks.

Hours of Work:

You must manage your own time according to upcoming events. There are no normal working hours for this role. Weekends will be exceptionally busy so staff must be willing to work long hours and weekend in order to complete the job

COMMUNICATION SKILLS:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.

RATE OF PAY

yearly salary of between $40,000-$45,000 (Tax Free) with additional yearly bonus.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

A work permit is require to work in the Turks and Caicos Islands. We process the paperwork, however you will be required to provide a clear Police Record and Medical Certificate. We pay for any cost associated with the work permit and we as a company provide flight to Turks and Caicos Islands once employee receives the Work Permit.

We also provide your return flight at the end of the contract along with the first months accommodation.

Work phone and company vehicle will be provided.

We pay for your 1st month's rent, and can help find the accommodation based on employee needs.

COVID-19 - No real implications, almost 50% of the island is fully vaccinated. Employee must be willing to receive the vaccine once they arrive.

Insurance - is required, they will provide help and assistance with this upon arrival, please contact the employer to confirm details and costs.
