A BIT ABOUT ME
Hello Everyone!
My name is Dorina and I live in Newport, South Wales just a stone throw away from Bristol and Cardiff. I have became a florist in 2021 and soon after opened my shop at Newport Market. It's been a fantastic learning curve and gave me the chance to try out different things and experiment, both using fresh and dried materials.
As of 2024 I decided to only focus on weddings and events, both designing for couples who booked with me and help out other amazing florists as a freelancer, if they need an extra pair of hands. :) I will not only bring my own secreters and coffee but also my enthusiasm, hard work and attention to details.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
I have a Level 2 RHS qualification in Principles of Horticulture, which gave me further knowledge of botany and plants. Then I've got more interested in using them for design and decided to do study further, focusing on sustainable floristry. I completed the Professional Floristry and Large Scale Installation course at The Bath Flower School.
I have ran my florist shop for nearly two years at Newport Market, Newport, South Wales as well as working on wedding, funerals and events.

PREFERRED TYPE OF FLORISTRY WORK
I enjoy creating large scale installations for weddings and events, designing mechanics in a sustainable way. I also like to create small, delicate arrangements, like wrist corsages, flower bands etc.
