A BIT ABOUT ME

Hello!
I am passionate about Music because it makes us feel happy ! British grown Flowers and Sustainability methods. I love Gardening, my favourite flowers are scented garden Roses and Sweetpeas. I am extremely interested in Interior Design, Beauty and Fashion. I enjoy Photography and Reading…I always have several Books on the go at once and cooking, mainly Vegetarian food and with Wild foods that my Partner Forages from his walks and talks ( he is a self employed Head Gardener and Botanist). I love providing a good old fashioned Customer service experience and love working with people especially creative ones, rather than working alone . I have been learning to swim and I like walks along the Coastal paths of Cornwall when on holiday . I have two adorable cats which we rescued and would like to get a Dog next .

I am proud supporter and member of Flowers from the Farm, supporting local growers and British Flowers. I also buy Seasonal flowers from my local Wholesalers and New Covent Garden Flower Market. I am constantly striving to work as Eco & Sustainably as I can.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

I am City & Guilds trained and qualified at level 2 and took a year of level 3, as it became untenable to continue with my job at that time.
I have attended many Independent floral design courses over the years, incl several at Tallulah Rose Flower School.

I have freelanced for several top London Florists and I have sold fresh flowers in my own award winning, 'Lifestyle' shop in London, which I owned and ran for many years.
I am just starting out with my Website and Instagram, and I am hoping to gain more work and experience.

I have Freelanced for a number of leading Florists incl Simon Lycett, Shane Connolly, Real Flower Company, Wild at Heart, Rebel Rebel, Pulbrook and Gould, Jordan at Jasper and Quinn, Jennie at Liberty lane flowers and Jess at Fluoresse.

I have worked at Jane Packers as the Shop Manager, and I have interflora experience.

I have had my own Award winning Lifestyle store in London, for 14 yrs. I am also a trained Make up Artist and have worked for many iconic Beauty brands.

I am fully insured and HMRC Registered, I drive and I am willing to travel.
